Ksenia and Winston were married on a snowy day. Most businesses were closed and they had to wait till the last minute to see if the courthouse would be closed as well. Luckily it did not and they were able to be married as planned. Afterward they went on a stroll through the National Mall. We visited the Lincoln Monument and the DC War memorial. What a lovely day.
