On November 13, 2022, Adrienne and James were married in a beautiful ceremony and reception held at the River View at Occoquan. Despite the windy and cold weather, the couple and their guests were determined to make the most of this special day.

Adrienne began her morning by getting ready at the River View. She was with her bridesmaid when her hair and makeup were done by Best Face Forward. One of the highlights of the morning was when Adrienne had her First Look with her father. He was overcome with emotion as he saw his daughter in her wedding dress for the first time.

After her First look with her father, Adrienne went on to have her First Look with the groom, James. The couple shared a private moment together before the ceremony, and it was clear that they were both filled with excitement and anticipation for the day ahead.

The ceremony was held indoors, with the Occoquan River providing a beautiful backdrop. The florist, Cedar and Lime, had decorated the ceremony space with beautiful flowers, adding to the boho-chic aesthetic of the wedding. The whole day was coordinated by All the Dainty Details, making it a memorable one.

After the ceremony, guests enjoyed a cocktail hour while the bridal party, family, and couple took their photos. The reception was held in the River View’s event space, where guests enjoyed delicious food and drinks provided by Great Blue Heron. The DJ, Bill Irwin from Chris Laich Music Services, kept the party going all night long.

One of the highlights of the reception was the cake cutting, which was done in silence. This was a unique and intimate moment between Adrienne and James. The sparkler send-off at the end of the night was another memorable moment of the wedding.
